Attached details of the Atlantic Air Conditioning inventory together with the following information supplier provided last week.
Are the instructions and manuals in English/multi language? Yes multilingual
Are there any resale restrictions? Inventory cannot be sold in Europe, We need to declaration goods will not be sold in Europe
What is the age of the goods? Recent production within the year and clearly less then 2 years old… all in original boxes and stored in producers’ facilities.
What is the warranty status? Will the warranty be valid in Africa, Asia, India, Middle East? No warranty as they don’t have distributors in those regions.
Is this Ex-Works or CIF? Ex-works, France
How many containers for entire inventory? 40 containers but could be double stacked into 20 containers
Do we have to take all? It’s not required that the buyer takes all, but they should take full container loads at a time
Is the power cable compatible with different markets? As all installation require a professional to install and they will be able to connect to the mains.
Please note the following note from the supplier:
“Please find the attached Excel in English. The products are Atlantic-branded, manufactured by Fujitsu. Atlantic will not provide After Sales Service (ASS), but all parts are made by Fujitsu.
We can provide you with all the energy certifications and product specifications. However, it would be more efficient if the buyer could first enter the requested quantities and the price they are willing to pay in the Excel sheet. Once this information is provided, we can assess the seriousness of the offer and proceed with supplying all the details they require.”
