Our mineral water has an extremely low amount of minerals as it comes from lab analysis which states its quality. This gives “Bauda” a very low “solid residual amount” which makes it one of the lightest waters in Italy.
Bauda is an extremely light water, particularly good for general consumption; some of the
important figures attesting this statement are the following:
temperature of the water at the source: 7,4 °C;
electrical conductivity at 20 °C: 50 uS/cm;
Ph: 7,0 - neutral;
bicarbonate: only 16.0 mg/lt - this and the following figures means that our water is
extremely light and suitable in particular for general consumption because of its
low salt content;
fixed residue at 180 °C: 39,9 mg/lt. - this important figure makes this water "minimally
mineral” according to the Italian law (normally the lower is the solid residual, the higher is the quality of the water and more intensive its consumption is prescribed for
diuretic reasons in particular to all those people who have kidney problems -
stones - or who want to keep fit).
total “hardness” given in F (French degrees): only 1,6 - one more sigh for an excellent
light water.
